Testimonials from our Members
“I’ve had the privilege of co-leading the Diver(s)ability since 2024. As someone with a disability, this journey is deeply personal to me. I’m excited to help shape an inclusive and accessible environment, not just for people like me, but for everyone.
While we’re just at the beginning of our Nokia Employee Resource Group journey, I truly believe that by focusing on diversity and accessibility, we can create a workplace where everyone feels supported and valued. I’m confident that by working to make Nokia a more inclusive space for people with disabilities, we’ll ultimately make it a better place for all employees.
The future is bright, and I’m looking forward to all that we can achieve together.

“I’m a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Working Student at Nokia. I’ve been a member of Diver(S)Ability from September 2023 and since then it has helped me to develop as a person. Never before have I truly engaged with the community of people with disabilities. Becoming a part of Diver(S)Ability was an eye-opening journey, which made me realize many things about myself and my peers.
As our group is fairly new, I’m excited about the things we may accomplish. I truly believe that equity and inclusion are not merely words, but principles that can shape the world around us for the better.
Together, we have the power to drive meaningful change.”
“As a leader of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Nokia Poland, I am proud to share my heartfelt engagement in Diver(S)Ability Nokia Employee Resource Group (NERG) dedicated to individuals with disabilities.
Thanks to its leaders, Joanna and Dawid, this group not only embodies our organization's commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace but also serves as a vital platform for empowerment, advocacy, and community.
Since the beginning of 2022, I have witnessed firsthand the development of the community and how members of the NERG exemplify resilience and creativity bringing unique perspectives that enrich our collaboration. Their contributions remind us that diversity goes beyond demographics—it encompasses the myriad experiences and abilities that each individual brings to the table.
In conclusion, Diver(S)Ability is an essential part of our organizational fabric. It not only champions the rights of its members but also enriches our collective understanding of diversity.”
“I am a person with a disability due to not-so-good eyesight. I joined Nokia in 2015 and I am part of the People Care (HR) team. In all these years in the company, I have never felt that I was treated differently because of my disability. I also felt able to talk about my needs.
I am glad that we were able to establish a NERG group dedicated to people with disabilities. Sharing information about this topic helps break down stereotypes and misconceptions. With that we can create a more supportive environment for employees, ensuring they feel valued and included. We would like to learn and share best practices to create even more inclusive workplace.
We also would like to share information and help with employees, whose family members, friends, or colleagues have a disability.
