Hotel requests can be made during the online event registration.  All registrants who have requested accommodation as part of their registration will receive a detailed hotel reservation confirmation email from our delegate registration partner, CW3 Events & Studio.  All reservations for guests without credit cards, with invalid credit cards or incorrect credit card details will not be confirmed by the Hotel.

The standard check-in time is from 15:00 on your day of arrival and the hotel’s check-out time is 11:00 on your day of departure. Additional charges will apply should you require early arrival or late check-out.

Bedroom reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to and including 18th September 2026. Should you cancel your reservation after that date and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees. In the case of no-show, the hotel will also charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees.

Arriving by Plane

Seoul Incheon International Airport (ICN) is Seoul’s primary and largest airport, located 68 kilometres from the Westin.

Gimpo International Airport (GMP) located 35 kilometres from the Westin.

Standard Taxis and International Taxis operate at the airport: Follow the signs to the taxi platform outside the waiting area of the terminals.

Please be aware that illegal solicitation and overcharging by call vans posing as taxis are common, so customers are advised to use designated taxi stands to use a taxi.

Download and use apps like Uber (which works as UT in Korea) or Kakao T.

Climate

Seoul has a temperate climate characterized by dry, cold and mostly clear winters and hot, wet and partly cloudy summers. The monsoon season is from late June to late August.

Autumn (September to November) is, crisp air, clear skies, and forests that explode in red and gold. Temperatures in Autumn can range from mild 22°C (72°F) to chilly 7°C (45°F), especially between day and night.

South Korean Won (KRW)

The dress code for SReXperts is business casual.

Korea uses a standard voltage of 220V at a frequency of 60Hz, with power outlets accepting Type C and Type F plugs, which are common in many European countries.

South Korea offers visa-free entry to passport holders from a long list of countries — 
90 days visa-free for several countries (US, UK, most of EU and Asia).
30 days for some others, like Saudi Arabia.

Visa-free travelers must register online through K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) before arriving. It costs around ₩10,000 ($7), is valid for two years, and can be done in minutes — but don’t skip it, or you might be denied boarding.
