How can I purchase and activate Nokia insurance and extended warranty plans?

You can purchase Nokia insurance and extended warranty plans via the My Device app on your Nokia phone or at nokia.aftersalesgroup.com. In both cases, as long as the Nokia smartphone is eligible as per the plan terms and conditions, the plan is automatically activated at the time of purchase. If you purchase Nokia insurance and extended warranty plans from the Nokia mobile online shop, then your plan is automatically activated upon the Nokia device delivery to you and you will receive a plan confirmation email from Servify.

If you have purchased a Nokia smartphone bundled with the Nokia phone insurance or Nokia phone extended warranty plan, the plan is automatically pre-activated for you by Servify. from an authorized Nokia retail partner, then you will get an email and SMS message from Servify with the necessary steps to activate the plan. When you receive the email or SMS, follow these steps:

  • Download the latest version of the Nokia My Device app on your newly purchased Nokia smartphone and log in with your mobile number
  • Go to Support > Warranty and insurance
  • Create a user profile by adding your name, mobile phone number and email address. The plan is automatically activated.

Please note that you will need to activate your plan within 30 (thirty) days of the plan purchase date.
