Clock

Learn how to use the clock and timers to be on time.

Set an alarm

Press the scroll key and select Clock.
Select New alarm > Time, use the scroll key to set the time, and select SAVE.
If needed, set the alarm to repeat or give the alarm a name.
Select Save.

If you often need an alarm at the same time, but don't want to set in on repeat, just scroll to the alarm and select TURN ON. The alarm sounds at the time you have specified.

Countdown timer

Press the scroll key and select Clock.
Scroll right to Timer.
Select SET, and use the scroll key to set the needed time.
Select START.

Stopwatch

Press the scroll key and select Clock.
Scroll right to Stopwatch and select START.
Select Lap when a lap has been completed.

To stop the stopwatch, select PAUSE > Reset.
