What is the error and what should I do?

You may be experiencing challenges with your Nokia phone, such as an automatic power off of your phone, particularly when charging your device for a long period of time, for example overnight. If this does happen, to resolve this issue, please press the power button for 20 seconds.

This challenge is due a software update, and we are working on an immediate fix which will be available early next week. We will be sending more information as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update 09.08.2022:

Fixes have been deployed for the Nokia X10 and Nokia X20 regarding this software update, and you can safely update the software for these devices, once it becomes available for you.
