General Terms and Conditions
These Nokia General Terms and Conditions ("GTCs") govern, by incorporation or by reference, purchases of Nokia products and services made pursuant to a purchase order issued in response to a Nokia quotation or offer that references these GTCs.
Depending on the location of the customer and the products or services included in the applicable quotation or offer, additional regional terms and/or supplemental terms may apply.
Nokia Technical Support Services (Care)
The following terms apply to the provision of Nokia Technical Support Services as included in the applicable quotation or offer.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
This Annex applies where the processing of personal data is carried out by Nokia on behalf of the customer in connection with the products or services included in the applicable quotation or offer.
Supplemental Terms
The following Supplemental Terms apply and are to be appended to the GTC only where the applicable Nokia quotation or offer includes any of the following:
Broadband Device Products
This annex for Broadband Device Products ("BBD Products") applies where the quotation or offer includes the supply of BBD products, meaning:
- Nokia Fixed Access Passive Optical Network Termination (ONT) devices and accessories;
- Nokia FastMile branded access devices and accessories;
- Nokia WiFi beacon devices and accessories; and

Any software delivered by Nokia pre-installed on, for installation on, or for use with any of the foregoing.

Instant Bandwidth (NI Optical CX–CX2 products) Program
This annex applies where the quotation or offer includes the Nokia Network Infrastructure (Optical Networks Business Division) Instant Bandwidth Program.

Nokia Network Service Platform (NSP)
This annex applies where the quotation or offer includes NSP software or NSP functional capabilities, including base management or subscription-based capabilities, delivered, provided or made available by Nokia for installation or use by the customer.
WaveSuite
This annex applies where the quotation or offer includes WaveSuite software products and WaveSuite functional capabilities ("WaveSuite"), including any WaveSuite network automation solution and related WaveSuite software delivered, provided or made available by Nokia for installation or use in connection with an optical network.
Event Driven Automation (EDA)
This annex applies where the quotation or offer includes EDA software delivered by Nokia on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a written agreement or quotation, the version of the Terms and Conditions (or any of its annexes) in effect on the date of the applicable order, quotation acceptance, or agreement execution shall govern that transaction.
