Emma Falck is the President of Mobile Infrastructure.
Based in Espoo, Emma joined Nokia in 2026 from Siemens, where she served as Executive Vice President, Products, Smart Infrastructure Buildings, leading a global organization across product management and development, and supply chain. Prior to this, Emma held a number of senior strategy, technology, and transformation leadership roles at Siemens. Prior to Siemens, she was a Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group and held senior positions at KONE, gaining broad experience across technology and industrial businesses. Emma is recognised for her extensive experience leading transformation and improving performance in complex global technology businesses. She holds a PhD in Computational physics from Aalto University.
