Details: The Agentic AI Summit cuts through the hype to deliver a sharp, four-hour briefing on how Agentic AI—systems capable of complex, goal-oriented execution—is set to revolutionize Telecoms Networks and End-User Services. Speaker bio: Kal’s team builds secure, cloud-native software that is trusted by the world’s largest telecom operators and enterprises. Kal’s current focus is helping realize the potential of AI and automation, by enabling networks that sense, think and act. 

 Prior to joining Nokia, Kal held advisory roles at several companies including Vista Equity Partners, where he was Chief Technology Officer. Kal was formerly General Manager at Carbon Black, the cybersecurity business acquired by VMWare for $2.1B in 2019. Prior to this he was CTO and EVP, Engineering at Docker, where he helped pivot the company to a cloud-first, Kubernetes-centric developer services approach. He has also held a variety of commercial and technical leadership roles at companies including VMWare, Hewlett Packard and Oracle. 

Kal studied at Berkeley and holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech. Originally a native of the UK, he has now been resident in California for more than 30 years.
