All applicable fees are payable at the end of the online registration process and will be charged by Conference Contacts Limited, UK on behalf of Nokia.  A mandatory 3% service charge will automatically be applied to all credit card payments.  A detailed receipt can be downloaded directly from the confirmation site as well as your confirmation e-mail. Please contact the Registration Support Team, for any questions regarding the registration process.

In the event of cancellation prior to 31 August 2026 you will not be charged a cancellation fee and will receive a full refund minus any applicable transaction fees. In case of cancellation on or after 31 August 2026 or no-show, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your registration fee or €500.00 if you registered for a free pass. All optional offerings will be non-refundable after 31 August 2026.

If you are unable to attend the event after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to the Registration Support Team with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrant. Any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
