How do I return my device bought after 11 November?
If the order has not yet been delivered, you can refuse the package and it will be automatically sent back. If the order has been delivered, you can return your device during the 30-day remorse period from the date of delivery.
If you have signed up with My Account:
To initiate a return, log in to My Account and go to your order history. From there, you’ll be able to start the returns process for one or more items in your order.
If you have not signed up with My Account:
Simply open your order confirmation email. From there, you’ll find a link to your order details. Click it, and from there you can start the returns process for one or more items in your order.
