Your insurance claim may be denied if any of the following applies:
- If the plan activation is not completed as per the activation instructions given by Servify.
- If any damage or loss has occurred to the covered device prior to completing the mandatory activation process
- The damage has occurred within the first 7 (seven) calendar days of activating of the plan (known as the “Ineligible Period”)
- If any unauthorized modification is discovered on the covered phone
