Can I cancel my Nokia device protection plan after purchase?

Yes, you may cancel your plan at any time for any reason, including if the device covered under the plan is returned, sold, lost, stolen, or destroyed. If you decide to cancel the plan, please complete the following steps:

  • If you purchased Nokia device protection or Nokia device extended warranty plan from Nokia mobile online shop, your order confirmation contains the return order link for a service contract cancellation within 30 days from the purchase date. If you purchased the plan over 30 days ago and would still like to cancel it, please contact Nokia mobile support at nokia.com/phones/en_us/support
  • If you purchased a Nokia device protection or Nokia device extended warranty plan via the My Device app or at nokia-us.servify.tech and you would like to cancel your service contract, please contact Servify US customer support by emailing at us_support@servify.tech, or by calling (toll-free) 1-833-313-3331.

The cancellation provisions apply to the original purchaser of the plan only.
