Nokia Networks is committed to high security standards. We recognize the critical importance of telecommunications and strive to be on the frontline of protecting networks. In an instance where a vulnerability is found in Nokia WiFi Beacons, Nokia ONTs or Nokia FastMile gateways, it is vital that we are notified as early as possible to prevent and limit any potential damage.

To alert Nokia of a security vulnerability, please email security-alert@nokia.com

Upon receiving your alert, Nokia will acknowledge receipt of the vulnerability within 7 business days. Nokia will work with you, providing regular status updates until the validated vulnerability is resolved - generally within 90 business days from receipt of your alert.

For Singapore StarHub and Singtel customers, the Beacons (including Beacon 2 and Beacon 24) / ONTs (including XS-2426X-A) security updates will be supported till 31 Dec 2028 and may be extended subject to the service agreement with the ISP.
