Nokia Corporation’s Annual General Meeting 2018

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nokia Corporation was held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Helsinki Messukeskus.

Dividend

The AGM resolved to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.19 per share for the financial year 2017. The ex-dividend date is on May 31, 2018. The dividend record date is on June 1, 2018 and the dividend is expected be paid on or about June 13, 2018.
