Kristian Pullola, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Kristian is responsible for financial matters of the Nokia Group, including external and internal reporting, business performance management, capital allocation and commercial management. He also oversees Investor Relations, M&A, Treasury, Real Estate and Venture Capital activities. He has been a member of the Nokia Leadership Team since 2017.
Kristian joined Nokia in 1999 and has held numerous executive level positions in the company. His responsibilities at Nokia have ranged from corporate finance, and investor relations to accounting and reporting.
Prior to assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer and member of the Nokia Group Leadership Team as of January 1, 2017, Kristian served as Senior Vice President, Group Controller for Nokia, with global responsibility for accounting and reporting, tax, finance shared services and the CFO transformation that Nokia has embarked on post the Alcatel-Lucent transaction. Before the Alcatel-Lucent transaction, Kristian had global responsibility for accounting and reporting, internal controls, tax, treasury and work place resources. Before the sale of the devices business to Microsoft in April 2014, Kristian had global responsibility for all finance activities, including business control, accounting and reporting, tax and internal control and audit. Previously, Kristian was Vice President, Head of Treasury and Investor Relations.
Kristian has a banking background, having worked for Citibank and beginning his professional career as an equity research analyst.
Born and based in Finland, Kristian holds a master’s degree in Economics from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, and a finance diploma from the Stockholm School of Economics. His pastimes include outdoor activities, golf and gastronomy.
