Application of Software Reliability Measurement within AT&T

The transfer of new technologies within an organization or a company can be a challenging enterprise. This talk discusses the program currently under way in transferring Software Reliability Measurement (SRM) within AT&T. The talk opens with a brief description of a model for technology transfer and then describes parts of the AT&T SRM technology transfer program with reference to the model. Finally, the talk summarizes SRM activity within AT&T in terms of project contacts expending a significant effort in applying the technology within the project.
