Experimental Analysis on Non Linear Tolerance Dependency of Multicarrier Modulations versus Bandwidth Efficiency

We report on the experimental comparison of the non linear tolerance of multicarrier and single-carrier modulations in WDM scenarios while varying the bandwidth efficiency. The non linear tolerance improvement of multicarrier decreases with bandwidth efficiency.
