HANDIPHONE

The Handiphone was developed to allow unassisted use of a telephone by people who have lost the use of their hands. Development of this project began in 1988 and resulted in a system which is easy to use by a severely handicapped or blind person. The system is activated by sound control and is safe and convenient to use. This method provides an additional measure of self esteem and independence for people with impaired mobility.
