Today's service platform or cloud service models such as Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) enable customers to deploy and execute applications on an on demand available infrastructure which enables a reduction of operational expenses for the service provider but also lowers the entry barrier for small and medium enterprises. Current solutions available on the market do not sufficiently take Quality of Service (QoS) requirements into consideration as expressed by e.g. interactive real-time application. In this paper we present an approach to provide and guarantee that Quality of Service requirements for the resource network in an IaaS concept which is not covered in an adequate way in any cloud service offer on the market today. We focused on methods for network resource management, flow control methods and QoS models to develop a framework enabling QoS support for the deployment of multiple concurrently deployed real-time services on shared transport media inside an IaaS Domain, inside a datacenter but mainly at the inter-connection of datacenters.
