The Future of Silicon Integrated Circuits - Micro Devices and Macro Circuits

This talk will review the technology trends in silicon integrated circuits over the next ten years, not only focusing on fabrication advances such as lithrography, but also on the companion advances that will be required in packaging, design and testing as scales of integration approach one billion transistors per chip at the turn of the century.
