The Nokia Service Routing Certification (SRC) Program is designed to teach the skills and knowledge needed to build and support today’s advanced IP/MPLS network and service environments. The program gives customers the training required to design, operate, and troubleshoot these new networks, allowing their companies to get the most from their investment in IP service routing and allowing their customers to enjoy the highest possible quality of experience.

The SRC Program consists of three certifications:

The Nokia Optical Network Certification (ONC) Program is an end-to-end learning program supporting the 1830 PSS, 1830 VWM, and NFM-T / WaveSuite NOC-based networks. The program is designed to equip participants with the hands-on skills, confidence, and demonstrated abilities needed in today’s advanced optical networks.

The ONC Program consists of five certifications:

Exams will be held during the entire event at the following times:
 

• Monday, September 8, 2024 (9 am-6 pm)
• Tuesday, September 9, 2024 (8 am-6 pm)
• Wednesday, September 10, 2024 (8 am-5 pm)

How to register:

1. Navigate to the Written Exam Registration Guide to create a Student Portal account or log in to your existing account. 
2. Once logged in, select “Exam Registration” from the menu on the left.
3. Select your exam and complete the steps to Finalize Registration.
4. You will be taken to the Registration in Progress page.  If you do not see the blue button "Schedule with Pearson VUE", refresh the page.
5. Click on the Schedule with Pearson button to be directed to the Pearson VUE website.
6. Select the “In person at a test center” option for where you would like to take your exam.
7. Review the “Prepare for your exam” steps and select "Next".
8. Review and "Agree" to the Nokia policies.
9. Find the test center by searching for "Phoenix" and choosing "Nokia SReXperts Americas".  Select "Next".
10. Select a date and time to write the exam.
    • Sept. 8-10
11. Review cart and select “Proceed to Checkout”.
12. Select “Next” and complete the booking.
13. Review confirmation emails received to ensure all details are correct and understood.

Registration is now open and will close on October 18th, with all exams taking place from Sunday, October 7th, to Saturday, October 18th.

Free certification exams are not available to employees; only Nokia customers and partners attending SReXperts are eligible to take them. A maximum of two exams can be taken online, and additional exams can be taken at the event.  

Please note—Nokia incurs a charge if you don't show up for your scheduled exam. If you are a no-show,  Nokia may charge you for the exam, and your ability to take future exams may be restricted. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, so if you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any additional charges or restrictions. You will receive email reminders leading up to your exam.

How to register:

1. Navigate to the Written Exam Registration Guide to create a Student Portal account or log in to your existing account. 
2. Once logged in, select “Exam Registration” from the menu on the left.
3. Select your exam and complete the steps to Finalize Registration.
4. You will be taken to the Registration in Progress page.  If you do not see the blue button "Schedule with Pearson VUE", refresh the page.
5. Click on the Schedule with Pearson button to be directed to the Pearson VUE website.
6. Select the “Online at my home or office” option for where you would like to take your exam.
7. Complete the “Prepare for your exam” steps.
8. Once the exam preparation steps are successfully completed, select “Next”.
9. Review the online exam policies and select “Agree”.
10. Answer the registration questions and select “Next”.
11. Select a date from Oct. 12 to Oct. 18 and a time to write the exam.
    • OnVUE exams are offered 24/7, so please consider AM vs. PM when selecting a session in your time zone.
12. Review cart and select “Proceed to Checkout”.

15. Review confirmation emails received to ensure all details are correct and understood.
