Daniela Laselva is a Principal Research Lead and Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) at Nokia, where she leads research and 3GPP standardization activities focused on energy efficiency and power saving in future wireless networks and devices. With about 25 years of experience in wireless communications, her expertise spans RAN protocols, radio resource management and system design. Passionate about innovation and collaboration, she enjoys bringing together ideas, people and technologies to solve complex challenges and advance more sustainable mobile networks.
