Mihai Enescu is a Standardization Team Lead and Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Nokia, specializing in LTE, 5G and 6G radio technologies, advanced MIMO systems, beamforming and physical-layer design. He serves as an editor of the 3GPP NR specification TS 38.214 and has spent more than two decades helping shape the evolution of wireless communications through research, innovation, standardization and patent development. A passionate advocate for collaboration across industry and academia, he enjoys turning complex technical challenges into practical solutions that enable the networks of tomorrow. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with his family.
