Biography

Sandeep is a visionary technology leader at Nokia Bell Labs, specializing in the intersection of AI-driven networking and next-generation Data Center architectures. With over 23 years of experience, he bridges the gap between disruptive research and global business strategy. Beyond technical leadership, Sandeep has a proven track record of managing million-dollar business deals and developing techno-economic models that justify large-scale digital transformations for global CSPs and Webscale entities.

Background

Currently serving as a Research Scientist at Bell Labs, Sandeep leads innovation in AI networking, focusing on the evolution of transport and datacenter architectures. Throughout his two-decade tenure in the telecom industry, he has evolved from designing TDM systems, E2E IP backhaul to architecting the infrastructure for the AI era. His expertise spans from high-stakes R&D to providing strategic insights for regulatory bodies and global forums.
