Teresa Monteiro is Director of Marketing at Nokia, where she champions optical networking solutions and supports AI, cloud and telecommunication providers in optimizing their infrastructure. With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and packet-optical technologies, she has held senior roles spanning engineering, product management, and marketing at Siemens, Coriant, and Infinera. Recognized for her expertise in network control and AI-driven automation, she is expanding her focus to optical subsystems and intra–data center connectivity. Teresa holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Hamburg.
