How do I get my accessories?
First, purchase a Nokia 8.3 5G from a participating retailer or the Nokia phones online store. When your phone has arrived, come back to this page and complete the claims form. You will need your device’s IMEI number and an image of the purchase receipt, so have those ready.
When will I hear from you?
You should get an email as soon as you’ve submitted the claims form. This is to inform you that your claim was successfully submitted. We’ll then check your eligibility and contact you again within about 14 days.
When will I get my accessories?
The accessories will get delivered to your home address. Once we’ve emailed you to inform you that your eligibility has been confirmed, the accessories should be shipped within 30 days.
How many times can I claim an accessory bundle?
You can claim on bundle of accessories per Nokia 8.3 5G purchase. This means, for example, that if you purchased two Nokia 8.3 5G devices, you can claim two accessory bundles – one for each device. However, please note that the promotion is limited to two accessory bundle claims per household and that the offer is valid only while stocks last.
How should I upload my purchase receipt when filling in the form?
If you have a paper receipt issued in-store, you can take a photo and upload that. Make sure that all of the important information like the purchase date is clearly visible.
If you bought your phone online, you can take a screenshot of your email receipt. Taking a screenshot is slightly different on Mac computers, PC computers and smartphones, but it is a simple process nonetheless – you can look up how to do this using a search engine.
The form asks for my IMEI number. Where can I find that?
On your phone, open “Settings” and then choose “About phone”. Your IMEI Information should be listed here.
I have completed the accessory bundle claims form. What happens now?
You should get an email message right away confirming that we have received your form submission. We’ll then start the process of checking your eligibility using the details you provided.
I have completed the accessory bundle claims form, but I’ve not received an email. What should I do?
