How can I purchase and activate Nokia insurance and extended warranty plans?

You can purchase Nokia insurance and extended warranty plans via the My Device app on your Nokia phone or at https://nokia.servify.tech. In both cases, as long as the Nokia smartphone is eligible as per the plan terms and conditions, the plan is automatically activated at the time of purchase.

If you have purchased a Nokia smartphone bundled with the insurance plan, then the plan is automatically activated for you by Servify. If you purchase the plan from the Nokia mobile online shop or from an authorized Nokia retail partner, then you will get an email and SMS message from Servify with the activation code. When you receive your code, follow these steps:

  • Download the latest version of the Nokia My Device app on your newly purchased Nokia smartphone and log in with your mobile number
  • Go to Support > Warranty and insurance
  • When prompted, enter the activation code

Please note that you will need to activate your plan within 15 (fifteen) days of the plan purchase date.
