I have received the OTA update, but I still get an error message every week. When will the error messages stop?

The error messages should stop when the next software update is rolled out. First, we are trying to resolve the initial software bug for as many Nokia 3.1 Plus users as possible. Once this is done, we can proceed to rollout the next software update which should stop this error message appearing.
