Certification exams

Nokia written exams are delivered by Pearson. You can take exams online from anywhere or at global test sites in person. All exams are offered in English only.

Step 1 - Create a Nokia login (**Nokia employees: use your CSL/CIP to log in and skip to Step 2)

You need a Nokia login to access the Student Portal. You may already have an account to access other Nokia services. If you don’t have an account, create one using the button below, and choose New User? to get started.

A. Customer/Partner/Supplier access (Skip to part B. Guest Access if you are neither)

• Fill in the registration form using your business email address only

• Get the One Time Password from your email and continue (check your spam folder in case it was sent there)

• Select “Support Portal” under Access Selection

• Select your Company name. If you cannot find your company name from the list, select “Load Others” and the country. If you still cannot find it, select “Other” and input your company name or go to Guest Access instructions below.

• Add your Nokia contact person's email address. If you do not know it, use ni.learningservices@nokia.com

• Complete the remaining steps and submit

• It may take up to 2 business days to approve your account. If you have issues creating your account, contact portal.support@nokia.com

B. Guest Access

• Fill in the registration form

• Get the One Time Password from your email and continue (check your spam folder in case it was sent there)

• Select “Training Portal” under Access Selection

• Select “Guest Only” under Service Selection

• Fill in the registration form using ni.learningservices@nokia.com as your Nokia Contact Person.

• Complete the form and submit

• It may take up to 2 business days to approve your account. If you have issues creating your account, contact portal.support@nokia.com

Step 2 - Activate your Student Portal account

• To activate your account, go to https://nokia.useclarus.com/. You will be prompted to log in using your Nokia login (created in Step 1)

• Validate your personal information

Step 3 – Written exam registration

• Once logged into your Student Portal account, you can schedule written exams with Pearson VUE using the steps below:

  • Select “Exam Registration” from the menu on the left

  • Select the exam and follow the remaining steps

Nokia delivers lab exams virtually. Candidates must have completed the necessary prerequisites to register for a lab exam. Once candidates complete the exam prerequisites, they must purchase a lab exam (Employees are exempt). After payment, candidates can select an available exam date on the registration site (requires a Nokia Account).

Virtual lab exam requirements and delivery:

All exams are proctored live by a Nokia virtual proctor. Candidates must confirm they can meet the requirements below, and will then be asked to schedule a pre-test session.

• A webcam and a microphone.
• A computer with a minimum of 4 Mbps end-to-end connection (wired network connections preferred).
• Windows 11
• Candidates must have administrative privileges on the computer to download two applications, including and the ExamPlayer image (17.5 GB), and have at least 60 GB of free hard disk space.
• 12 GB of RAM (6GB dedicated to the VMware Workstation application).
• Hardware virtualization support at the CPU level on the PC (Intel VTx).

Cancellation policy

Please note that our cancellation/rescheduling policy requires 15 days notice before your lab exam. If you do not do so within this period, you will be charged the full amount of the exam fee and will be required to pay again to reschedule.
