Manage your learning and certifications
Your guide to accounts, sign-in and tracking your Nokia learning and certifications.
Your Nokia Account gives you single sign-on (SSO) to the Nokia Learning and Development Hub (NLDH), where most of our learning lives, and the Student Portal, where you manage your exams and certifications. Nokia Learn is a separate eLearning subscription and mobile app platform. You don't require a Nokia Account for Nokia Learn it, but it is recommended to use it.
The four platforms explained
Nokia Account
Centralized authentication gateway providing corporate SSO and partner credentials.

NLDH
Nokia Learning & Development Hub (`nokialearn.csod.com`) for enterprise-wide training.

- Instructor-led training (ILT)
- Does not host optical networks and Mobile Infrastructure eLearning subscriptions (see Nokia Learn)
Student Portal
Candidate credential hub for managing Nokia technical industry certifications.
- Official platform to manage Nokia technical industry certifications
- Book Pearson exams
- Allocates Credly digital badges & eDiplomas
Nokia Learn
Modern mobile learning app and specialized eLearning subscription training environment.
- Desktop or native iOS & Android mobile apps
- Optical and Mobile Infrastructure eLearning subscription
Account creation
Create Nokia & NLDH Account
Step 1 - Create a Nokia login (**Nokia employees: use your CSL/CIP to log in and skip to Step 2)
You need a Nokia login to access the Student Portal. You may already have an account to access other Nokia services. If you don’t have an account, create one using the button below, and choose New User? to get started.
A. Customer/Partner/Supplier access (Skip to part B. Guest Access if you are neither)

Fill in the registration form using your business email address only

Get the One Time Password from your email and continue (check your spam folder in case it was sent there)

Select “Support Portal” under Access Selection

Select your Company name. If you cannot find your company name from the list, select “Load Others” and the country. If you still cannot find it, select “Other” and input your company name or go to Guest Access instructions below.

Add your Nokia contact person's email address. If you do not know it, use ni.learningservices@nokia.com

Complete the remaining steps and submit

It may take up to 2 business days to approve your account. If you have issues creating your account, contact portal.support@nokia.com
B. Guest Access

Fill in the registration form

Get the One Time Password from your email and continue (check your spam folder in case it was sent there)

Select “Training Portal” under Access Selection

Select “Guest Only” under Service Selection

Fill in the registration form using ni.learningservices@nokia.com as your Nokia Contact Person.

Activate Student Portal
Install Nokia Learn

Activate your Student Portal account

Ensure that you created a Nokia Account, you will be prompted to log in using your Nokia Account login

Get started with Nokia Learn
- Open Nokia Learn in your browser directly or download Nokia Learn on the App Store or Play Store
- Register/Log in
- You can authenticate with a Nokia SSO account, or register with your e-mail. If you received a content code, you can use it at the end of the sign-up process, or later under Settings > My Content. Specific content will be available to you after entering the content code.
