NSP Installation and Configuration

Course number: OS00120-W

Course duration: 6 hours

Price: €600

Course overview

This self-paced e-learning course enables the learner to develop a solid theoretical and practical understanding of how to deploy Nokia’s Network Services Platform (NSP) system and components.  Learn the key relationships within the NSP system architecture, including Kubernetes, Helm, RHEL, NSP cluster and NSP system components.  Understand the different NSP deployment types, NSP software offerings and how to retrieve proper platform sizing recommendations for each .  View and learn how to setup and install the many virtual machines using QCOW2 images.  See how to configure the NSP deployer host and how it is used to deploy the Kubernetes environment.  Learn to properly edit the “nsp-config.yml” file on the deployer host and use it to deploy the NSP cluster.  Discover the additional RPM based NSP components and how to install them, including the NFM-P.  Understand the “NSP Appliance” and “NSP Server” solutions.  View how to upgrade the NSP system and components.  And finally, validate the NSP and its’ components post-installation and post-upgrade.
