Registration is free of charge for all Nokia customers.

WHATS INCLUDED?

A convention pass includes:

• All conference tracks
• Exhibition entry
• All coffee breaks and lunches
• Welcome reception entry
• Speakers’ presentation slide-sets

Convention fees (if any) do NOT include hotel accommodation and personal travel charges. Any hotel charges incurred during your stay will be charged directly by the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel upon check-out.

Purchases and payment policy

All applicable convention fees are payable at the end of the online registration process and will be charged by Conference Contacts Limited, UK on behalf of Nokia. A detailed receipt can be downloaded directly from the confirmation page of your registration as well as your confirmation e-mail. Please contact the Nokia Events Team, for any questions regarding the registration process.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation on or before Friday, 25 August 2023, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and will receive a full refund minus any applicable transaction fees. In case of cancellation after Friday, 25 August 2023, or no-show, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your registration fee or $500.00 if you registered for free.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend SReXperts America 2023 after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to the Nokia Events Team with the full names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrant. Any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations remains the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
