Registration & Fees

Registration is now open.

Nokia customers can register up to 5 people free of charge. Reach out to your Nokia Account Manager or IP-Sales Engineer to receive a free registration code.

For each additional person registered the following fees apply.

Early Bird - Available until 26/05/2023

Customers: €600.00
Partners: €600.00
Nokia Staff: €1,200.00

Full Rate - From 26/05/2023

Customers: €700.00
Partners: €700.00
Nokia Staff: €1,400.00

WHATS INCLUDED?
A convention pass includes:

All conference tracks
Exhibition entry
All coffee breaks and lunches
Welcome reception entry
Networking dinner entry
Speakers' presentation slide-sets

Convention fees do NOT include hotel accommodation and personal travel charges.
Any hotel charges incurred during your stay will be charged directly by the Marriott Rome Park Hotel upon check-out.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT POLICY

All applicable convention fees are payable at the end of the online registration process and will be charged by Conference Contacts Limited, UK on behalf of Nokia. A detailed receipt can be downloaded directly from the confirmation site as well as your confirmation e-mail. Please contact the Nokia Events Team, for any questions regarding the registration process.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellation prior to 27 May 2023, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and will receive a full refund minus any applicable transaction fees. In case of cancellation on or after 27 May 2023, or no-show, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your registration fee or €500.00 if you registered for a free pass.

SUBSTITUTIONS

If you are unable to attend the SReXperts EMEA 2023 after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to the Nokia Events Team with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrant. Any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
