Shakeup in Magneto-Luminescence in Quantum Wells

In n-doped GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells in a magnetic field normal to the interface plane, we measured the spectra of optical emission due to transitions from electron to hole levels for polarizations parallel and normal to the interfaces. The purpose is to explore the nature of the valence subband Landau levels and the many-body interactions in high magnetic field.
