Single Package 32Bit Floating Point Digital Signal Processing Module with Built-In 16K-Word SRAM Cache Memory

A 32 bit floating point signal processor is integrated with eight 16k x 4 bit SRAM chips on a 0.94" x 0.94" silicon substrate, enabling zero- wait- state access of the full 64k bytes of SRAM by the processor. The assembly is packaged in a hermetically sealed, standard-footprint large- cavity 133 pin PGA ceramic package measuring 1.36" x 1.36".
