Automated Repair Service Bureau: The Trouble Report Evaluation and AnalysisTool

The Trouble Report Evaluation and Analysis Tool (TREAT) is a system that provides Repair Service Bureau (RSB) personnel with an effective analysis tool for closed trouble reports, T R E A T consists of a series of computer-generated reports. The user is able to obtain reports either in a standard format or in a high-level report language. The user's guide (Bell System Practices) is extensive and contains both report documentation and methodology. Through proper use of the guide and the reports, certain problem areas may be detected and corrected.
