The Division 511 SETP (System Engineering Talks Program) was established as a means of introducing students enrolled in technical degree programs to Systems Engineering at AT&T Bell Laboratories, with an emphasis on encouraging minorities and women to consider systems engineering as a career goal and identifying qualified candidates for summer employment within Division 511. This program is administered by Division 511 Affirmative Action Committee.
