Fast Tunable Lasers for Optical Routers and Networks

We have developed fast-tunable multi-frequency lasers and SG- DBR lasers that switch wavelength on the nanosecond timescale. These devices can be used in wavelength routed networks with sub-wavelength granularity and highly-scalable routers.
