Ferroelectric Properties of a Copolymer of Vinylidene Fluoride and Trifluoroethylene Blended with Poly(methyl methacrylate).

New Image

The copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and trifluoroethylene having a composition of 78.5/21.5 mol% was found to be compatible with poly(methyl methacrylate), PMMA, in the melt state. However, while mixing the copolymer with the amorphous polymer depressed its melting point, it did not change the Curie temperature.
