Field Trial of 100nm Ultra-Wideband Optical Transport with 42GBd 16QAM Real-Time and 64GBd PCS64QAM Channels

We demonstrate a field trial WDM transmission over two spans of 18dB and 16.5dB loss, with average channel rate of 475Gb/s over >100nm optical bandwidth, and with 250Gb/s 16QAM real-time transponders in both C- and L-bands.
