Field Trial of 107-Gb/s Channel Carrying Live Video Traffic over 504 km In-Service DWDM Route

We report on a 107-Gb/s field trial carrying live HDTV traffic over a 504-km in-service DWDM route, proving that commercial systems designed for 10G/40G can be upgraded to 100G without impacting existing active channels.
