AT&T is introducing a 4 M-Bit Flash EEPROM device into manufacture. This report describes the software (FLDEMO) needed to demonstrate the capability of the devices. The software can exercise the device by reading, writing, and erasing. Commands exist to vary the voltages, times, etc., and save all results on disk for further analysis. This report gives detailed operating instructions, calibration procedures, as well as practical examples.
