Future Trends in Intelligent Interface Technologies for 42V Battery Automotive Applications

This paper introduces a new modular 0.35-based smart technology (13T80 technology) designed to meet emerging needs in future battery automotive applications. This technology features various DMOS transistors (15-80V), bipolars, a high-voltage floating diode, large array of passive components, floating logic up to 80V and 4kV HBM compatible ESD protection structures.
