Galactic center positronium fraction: Observations and simulations.

Recent papers discussing positron annihilation data from the galactic center have used several incompatible definitions of "the positronium fraction". These differences are sorted out and the observations are compared to each other and the results of recent simulation experiments. We find that "the positronium fractions" are consistent with each other and with what is expected for a cold, neutral stopping medium. However other possible annihilation media are not ruled out by the available data.
