A brief progress report is given on conjugate geomagnetic studies made at high geomagnetic latitudes in the Antarctic and in northern Canada. The levels of geomagnetic field fluctuations between the two locations are compared during local daytime hours. Substantially more power is found to be introduce into the magnetosphere by the solarwind during local morning hours than during local afternoon hours.
