GMPLS RSVP-TE Signaling Recovery with Graceful Restart in Optical User Network Interface

OIF UNI signaling re-uses the GMPLS RSVP-TE between clients connected to the transport network. This paper proposes an approach to make use of standard messages to recover the signaling state on the source client router.
