Growth and characterization of rare earth metal films and superlattices.

The extended abstract summarizes recent progress on the synthesis of rare earth superlattices. The abstract is for an invited talk to be given in the NATO Advanced Research Workshop on "Thin Film Growth Techniques for Low-Dimensional Structures".
