High-speed IQ Modulator Based on Injection-Locked VCSEL array

We demonstrate an IQ modulator by employing two monolithic injection-locked VCSELs which are driven to produce pure amplitude modulation. QPSK signals are produced at 30 GBaud with modulation voltages below 500 mV.
