High voltage custom IC's using BCDMOS technology.

BCDMOS (Bipolar, CMOS, DMOS) is a new IC technology offering 400V switching devices, and full analog/digital circuit capability. Four application specific IC's are presented: 150V Telephone Interface Circuit; 200V Ink Jet Driver; 250V Gate Array/Driver; 350V Solid State Relay.
