High-yield Manufacturing of InP Dual-Port Coherent Receiver Photonic Integrated Circuits for 100G PDM-QPSK Application

A high-yield single-chip monolithically integrated InP coherent receiver photonic integrated circuit (PIC) is developed for detection of polarization-division multiplexed quadrature phase-shift keying (PDM-QPSK) signals, which meets performance specifications for 100G over the entire C-band (1530-1570 nm).
